My Classes

I offer small, welcoming group sessions and 1:1 classes tailored to your needs. My daytime classes are designed with mums and older adults in mind, while my evening sessions are perfect for unwinding and finding space for yourself.

About Me

I first discovered Pilates before having children, after trying nearly every fitness style out there. But it was after becoming a mum that I truly reconnected with the practice. It helped me rebuild strength, improve posture, and reclaim something deeply needed: time for myself. That same balance of calm, focus and subtle strength is what I now share in every class.
